1. Refund Eligibility
CSSNorthstar offers a 48-hour money-back guarantee for all assessment purchases. If you are not satisfied with your report within 48 hours of purchase, you may request a full refund.
Please note: Refunds apply only to the purchase of unused credits. Credits that have already been used to complete an assessment are non-refundable.
2. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@cssnorthstar.pk with your order details. Please include:
- Your order ID
- The email address associated with your account
- Reason for refund request
3. Refund Processing
Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed and credited to the original payment method used. Please allow up to 90 days for the refund to appear.
4. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable:
- Free assessment attempts
- Waitlist signups
- Refunds requested more than 48 hours after purchase
5. Returns
CSSNorthstar is a digital service. Since our reports are delivered upon assessment completion, no physical returns are accepted.
