Refund Policy

1. What You Pay For
The subject assessment and your recommendation report are free. Paid credits are used only for MPT mock exams — one credit entitles you to one full-length, 200-question mock exam.
2. Refund Eligibility
CSSNorthstar offers a 48-hour money-back guarantee on credit purchases. If you have not used a credit, you may request a full refund within 48 hours of purchase.
Please note: Refunds apply only to unused credits. A credit is considered used once a full mock exam has been started, and used credits are non-refundable — the exam paper and its answer key are released to you at that point.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@cssnorthstar.pk with your order details. Please include:
- Your order ID (or, for bank transfers, the transaction reference)
- The email address associated with your account
- Reason for refund request
4. Refund Processing
Once your refund request is approved, card payments are refunded to the original payment method. Payments made by bank transfer are refunded to the account they were sent from; we may ask you to confirm those account details before processing. Please allow up to 90 days for the refund to appear.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following are non-refundable:
- Credits already used to start a mock exam
- Free features, including the assessment, the recommendation report, subject drills and quick tests
- Waitlist signups
- Refunds requested more than 48 hours after purchase
6. Returns
CSSNorthstar is a digital service. Since mock exams and reports are delivered electronically, no physical returns are accepted.
